Vanguard’s online investment platform in the UK is currently dealing with IT issues that have resulted in clients experiencing delays when trying to access their account information.
Many Vanguard customers took to social media platform X to complain about issues accessing the platform.
“We’re aware of some issues on our service currently and are working on fixing this urgently. We are sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime,” according to Vanguard on X.
The reason for the IT issue is still unclear.
